Jiu Jitsu
literally meaning the "art of softness, " or "way of yielding" is a collective name for Japanese martial art styles including unarmedand armed techniques utilizing grappling techniques &(throwing, trapping,joint locks, holds,striking, & kicking).
Kickboxing
refers to the sport of combining the grace and style of boxing with kicking. Kickboxing is a standing sport and does not allow continuation of the fight once a combatant has reached the ground.
MMA
Mixed Martial Arts is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques from a mixture of martial arts traditions and non-traditions, to be used in competitions. The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground.
Boxing
Boxing is a combat sport where two participants, generally of similar weight fight each other with their fists. Striking is allowed to head and body above the waist.
White Collar Boxing
White Collar Boxing is a form of boxing where men and women in white collar professions train to fight at special events. Most have no previous experience of boxing.
Kl
K-J is a combat sport that combines stand up techniques from Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, Savate, San Shou, Kickboxing, traditional Boxing, and other martial arts to determine the single best stand-up fighter in the world.
Aerobics
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness)
Pilates
The program focuses on the core postural muscleswhich help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aimto strengthen the deep torso muscles.
Some of the other classes we offer are Hip-Hop Dance,Fit Dance, Yoga, Step Aerobics,Body Pump, Circuit Class,Self-Defence,Over 40's,Group and Club sessions and Weapons training.
